D Good Cafe x Rubato Italian Restaurant

Finally get to try d Good Cafe, located in the heart of Holland Village. This little cafe has 2 levels with level 2 being the kitchen, cashier and indoor seat and level 3 being the alfresco area. The all day breakfast was quite a disappointment but the aglio olio made up for the disappointment. Definitely will be back to try the other pasta again since that’s what they are famous for.

We wanted to try Baker and Cook unfortunately they are closed at 8pm on a Monday night. Hillcrest estate has many hidden Italian restaurant and we decided to give Rubato a try. The whole place makes us feel like we are back in Italy especially with the warmth and friendly staff. Ordered Creme brûlée and Macadamia Nut Tart and both turns out to be very nice. The gelato ice cream that comes with it makes the dessert even nicer. We are definitely going back for more than just dessert.
