Hong Kong Disneyland turns out to be much better than what I have imagined it to be. Checked into HollyWood Disneyland Hotel and dashed off to Disneyland. To our surprise, the whole place wass actually quite empty. The maximum time we queued for the rides were 15 minutes, some of the rides didn’t even required us to Q. It was a complete different world from Paris Disneyland where we had to Q at least 30 minutes for a ride and 2 hours just to take photo with Mickey!
The next day was breakfast with Chef Mickey. Initially, I thought Chef Mickey will be going around to take photos with us, but it was only at Disneyland Hotel.
The stay in Hollywood Hotel was quite a disappointment, there wasn’t much Mickey or Minnie stuff in the room. However the room was really big with 2 Queen size bed.
We spent the next 2DAYS and 2NIGHTS in Macau and ZHU-HAI. The 2 places were much bigger than we have imagined it to be. Still, we managed to explore the 2 places and had much fun.

Original Bus Tour @ MACAU
We brought an Original Bus tour for Macau and it was pretty quite nice to tour almost whole of Macau on an open top bus with the wind blowing! I was freezing on the bus when we pass by the Macau Bridge with the Sea breeze.
We took a cab over to the custom to head towards ZHU-HAI. The first place we went to was Wan Chai for fresh seafood lunch. It was an interesting experience where we get to “shop” for our seafood and “shop” for the restaurant to cook it for us. After our seafood lunch, we went to shop at one of the biggest mall. We didn’t really brought a lot because there wasn’t much “singaporean” style selling there except for a few shops.

Our Hong Kong trip was full of UPs and DOWNs. The worse thing that happened was how California Hotel was a total DISASTER, the rooms were so small, the bed was just a super single and it was so bad that we forfeited our 3 nights $$$. Thank God we managed to find empty rooms for Holiday Inn and the price difference between Holiday Inn and California Hotel was just a little but the room size difference was SOOO BIG!
Enough about the lousy hotel. We went to a lot of places but because Sylvia and I were falling sick, we skipped a lot of places too. Overall, I’ll be back to Hong Kong again to cover the other places that we have skipped and of course to do more SHOPPING!
